Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your outfit, however, if for some reason your items are the wrong size or faulty, please feel free to send them back within 14 days of receipt. 

1. Items not returned within 14 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 
2. Items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
3. Items must have all the original tags correctly attached.
4. Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, so please choose wisely.

Please email the reasons why you are returning the goods to the following address and if you would like an exchange or your money back. In the case of an exchange if the right size of garment is not available then you will be given 2 options 1) gift voucher to the sum of the amount purchased that you can use at a later date within a 3 month period or 2) we will refund the amount paid for the goods (excluding postage) back onto your credit card.

Once we receive your email we will contact you with a return address, so that you can post the goods back to us. Postage fees for returned goods are the responsibility of the consumer, and it is strongly recommended that these goods are posted via a postal tracking. 

Shredding Trails retains the right to change the above policy at any time it sees fit.
