How long will it take until I receive my gear?

We ship with Australia Post.

When your order is placed, you will see an email with a tracking number. (Check your junk mail) Click on the tracking number and you will be given an estimate from Australia Post, to when your gear will arrive.

Orders are sent off next business day.

My shirt isn't the right size.  Can I exchange it?

Sure. Gear can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.  Items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.  All original tags must be correctly attached.  Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, so please choose wisely.

Just let us know the reasons why you are returning the goods to the address given, and if you would like an exchange or your money back. In the case of an exchange, if the right size of garment is not available then you will be given 2 options 1) gift voucher to the sum of the amount purchased that you can use at a later date within a 3 month period or 2) we will refund the amount paid for the goods (excluding postage) back onto your credit card.

Once we receive your email we will then contact you with a return address so that you can post the goods back to us. Postage fees for returned goods are the responsibility of the consumer, and it is strongly recommended that these goods are posted via a postal tracking.

Shredding Trails retains the right to change the above policy at any time it sees fit.
